I am Claire, an NCPS registered Counsellor serving the North Staffordshire area.  I also work online.

I am experienced in working with women and men over 16 years of age who have experienced or been affected by abuse, childhood sexual abuse, rape and domestic violence, trauma, depression, anxiety, eating disorders and self harm.

I work hard to understand you so that you can understand yourself and the pain and problems you are experiencing.  I want to hear the real you.

By working in this way I have supported people as they make changes in their lives or as they change their view of themselves.  This is a real privilege and is my passion with purpose.
